  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Stay tuned, we’re working on expanding to more locations soon!

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our office. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

  • I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

    Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a redemption code for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.

Customers will receive their initial Slimming Box within 5–7 business days after purchase.

🔹 Following boxes will be shipped on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, depending on the date of the original order:

  • 🔹 If you ordered on or after the 15th, your subsequent boxes will ship on the 15th of each applicable month.

🔹 Please allow standard shipping times for delivery after your box has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $7.00 Flat Rate
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.00 Flat Rate

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our wellness, beauty, and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jungledermbw.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).

If you need to size up in any of our sauna apparel, we are happy to offer a one-time 50% off discount toward your next purchase of the correct size. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery  to claim this offer.
